Recognizing Your Personal Power

You are here for a reason.

And you have the power to choose what that might be.

You have the power to uplift someone simply with a smile.

You have the power to assist someone by sending positive thoughts their way with no thought of controlling how the result will be and allowing them to make their own free will choice.

With your words you have the power to heal or destroy based on those that you choose to use.

You have the power to be patient when the world seems to lack patience.

You have the power to choose to care for your body no matter what condition it is in.

You have the power to watch, read, think and talk about what is uplifting to you and turn away from the rest.

You have the power to release and heal wounds from the past that although they effected you they do not define you.

Most importantly you have the power to choose in every moment and no one can take that power away unless you allow it.
